Ahead Computer rSupport

To help you over a remote session, we use RustDesk, connected to our server. Download the version for your computer below, then call or email us with the ID number it shows.

Windows

Installs RustDesk and connects it to the Ahead Computer rSupport server automatically.

Official installer. RustDesk will ask you to allow Screen Recording — say yes when prompted.

What happens next

  1. Run the download. Windows may ask you to confirm — choose Run anyway.
  2. On Mac, after installing, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and place the downloaded RustDesk2.toml config using the steps we send you, or ask us and we'll walk you through it live.
  3. RustDesk opens and shows an ID number and a one-time code.
  4. Call or email us with that ID — we'll take it from there.
